Saturday club

Young people are encouraged to develop their talents and individual character, to make and strengthen genuine friendships and live life to the full.

The Hillcrest Saturday Club is run by parents and volunteers, the activities in the club include trips out, sports, crafts, drama, dance and music, as well as talks on Christian virtues and well-being. A culinary arts programme also runs throughout the year, focusing on home-making skills, healthy eating and event planning. Termly adventure weekends away are a highlight.

Your daughter will have the opportunity to have personalised mentoring sessions. You and mentors will work closely together to help your daughter develop and maintain a strong sense of worth, dignity and direction in her individual circumstances.

School Years 10 - 13

Saturdays, 5:00 - 7:00 pm

 

Retreats for school girls

During half-term, your daughter is welcome to attend a two nights and three days retreat, away from home and school and in dialogue with God. She will have the opportunity to reflect on how she lives her faith in everyday study, family life and relationships with others. Retreats are guided by a priest of Opus Dei, part of the Catholic Church. For locations, visit the following websites:
